“La atención por parte del personas es increíble, tanto el chico encargado, como las camareras y la gente de cocina, o del bar, creo que recibí un trato muy cordial por parte de todos.
El servicio de desayuno está bien, y la ubicación del hotel es inmejorable, está al lado de las pozas termales o del río.

“Large room with balcony overlooking the square. The shutter would not close so had to pin a blanket up but it decided to work in the morning!🤔 I asked for 2 extra pillows several times but they never appeared. Couldn't get heating to work so was quite chilly. No kettle. Bar had reasonable priced food and breakfast good. Free underground parking a bonus but limited spaces.

“The location was a little out of town but easy walking distance.
The staff always seemed too preoccupied to assist or answer questions.
The safe in our room didnt work. After advising reception the batteries were changed later in the day. The safe worked for about 3 mins then went back to not working. We advised reception again but it was not fixed before we left.
The hotel has a lovely wellness area with gym. Spa, sauna and massage by appt ( which we would not recommend).
We enjoyed both hot ……
