Located in Alessano, a charming gem in the heart of Salento, this 45 m² holiday home accommodates up to 4 guests. You will find a bedroom on a mezzanine with a characteristic star-vaulted ceiling and a modern bathroom. The property offers a well-equipped private kitchen, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, TV, washing machine, and self check-in for maximum convenience.



Outside, a private open terrace awaits you, ideal for relaxing and enjoying beautiful sunsets in the peaceful countryside.



Shared street parking is available, as well as a shared electric car charging station on site for an extra fee. Events are not allowed on the property.



The location is perfect for exploring the most beautiful beaches of Salento, reachable in just a few minutes by car. You can visit Marina di Novaglie with its wild cliffs and crystal-clear waters ideal for snorkeling, Santa Maria di Leuca where the Adriatic meets the Ionian, or Pescoluse, known as the Maldives of Salento, with white sand and clear waters. Discover the historic center of Alessano with its noble palaces and baroque churches, the nearby village of Specchia, one of the most beautiful in Italy, or join summer festivals with traditional music and authentic local cuisine. Please move quietly in the stairs and corridors, especially from 10 pm to 7 am, avoiding sudden noises to respect the tranquility of the environment.
