We booked our room at this property days in advance and when we arrived for check in, we were told that the room type we reserved was no longer available because the property was sold out and they gave away all the other rooms and because we booked through a 3rd party app, that we were not guaranteed our room type. The receptionist was very rude. Upon entering our room, I discovered that the desk chair was visibly filthy, and the shower was moldy. I then went to use the bathroom and got locked inside because the door handle to the bathroom was broken. My husband had to use the key card to break into the bathroom and get me out. After that experience, we decided not to stay here and just drive the 5 hours home... at midnight. Would not recommend staying here. It was extremely disappointing.

One of the best hotels I’ve been to! This is a newly built hotel so everything is pretty new. From the property to the staff everything was so clean, the staff was so kind. I would definitely come back. I hope they continue to keep up with the cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere.
