The room I stayed in smelled like damp mop. The AC was notnworking properly. I felt very uncomfortable there

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was nicely decorated. There is very little parking and if you can’t park on the street you have to park on the next street over and walk back to the hotel. We were on the 2nd floor and it was a little confusing to find the room. The room was nicely decorated with a cold AC and a fireplace we didn’t use. The room was quiet and I only heard an occasional noise from the floor above us. The bed was a little hard for my liking and left me a little sore but the shower was very nice. Typical continental breakfast served with eggs, sausage, bacon, yogurt, waffles and various kinds of juices. I called the spa to see if they had any openings and was told they only have one worker so that was disappointing. We only stayed one night and the parking would be my only problem with staying again. They did charge a deposit of $50 which was refunded when we checked out.

Great stay, clean room, awesome stafg

I thought the bathroom was in the room. There was a sink in the room but I had to go outside my room to use the toilet and shower. I called about it since there is no staff on site. I was told that there was nothing they could do as all rooms booked. When I arrived there were a few keys sitting there for people who had not arrived so think changes could have been made. My room reservation said park view. I had no park view. The location is very nice but beware of what your room actually is. Suggest calling the property to specify and clarify which room and floor your room is on.
