“The location was not in the best neighborhood but it was super close to the wonderful downtown. There were lots of things to do in a short driving distance. The house was adorable and very clean. I wish we had known the hot tub could not be accessed from the house. The keypad wasn’t working but when I called there was an immediate response and a quick solution. Communication was excellent. Overall my actual rating would be 4.5. ”

While it was somewhat sparse in furnishings, we managed by moving seating in the dining room to the kitchen, given the open concept between living room and kitchen. (We had 4 adults, a 12 year old and 17 year old so one couch and one chair made it tight for seating in the evening to watch a movie. Overall, the property was clean and well kept. The lawn could have been mowed (we had children with us who like to play outside), but that didn't hamper our stay.……
