Great place to stay, comfortable beds, room was spacious, breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend.

Outstanding room and bathroom, lobby and rooftop. Very quiet floor. Great if you have a dog as well. Breakfast is not free, area is nice and wide open, well-decorated. Super nice brunch, but NYC prices. Employees were not nice when I stopped the car in front of the lobby to drop luggage, and my wife and 4-year boy. I needed 45 seconds only and the employee was unpleasant. And we've been in the 1 Hotel in the Central Park and Brooklyn. I had to insist in dropping my luggage before parking y car myself across the street.

From the front door bell men, the check in desk, restaurant and housekeeping everything was a 10. Matthew the Concierge and the drivers ( free rides up to 4 miles for drop offs in a Mercedes SUV) AMAZING 🌟

I enjoyed the location and the room was clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The bartender was especially nice and made us custom drinks.

The room was clean, it was nice to have extra open space with the apartment feel, lots of counter space, and convenient that the shower and toilet were split up in separate enclosed doors. The tiny freezer in the refrigerator was not cold enough for anything frozen. The community microwave we used a couple times when we were on our way out. The locks were confusing that they flash red and we didn’t always hear it unlock… knowing it does that in advance would be helpful. Loved supporting a good cause! Added bonus if you’re a coffee drinker.
