"We booked the Carina Gold based on the reviews reviews and it didn’t disappoint. The location was perfect. We walked to everything in the old city within minutes. The concierge was very helpful in giving us itinerary ideas and setting up what we decided to do. The hotel arranged pick up at the airport and back. "All were excellent. Staff, Services, Their Characters Particularly the manager Mr. Memet, Coner, Mohammed and Mrs Narmin. They were so friendley that I still remember their names. The alley where this hotel is in is a little out dated but it has nothing to do with this Hotel and their staff. Actually they are so good that you totally forget about these weak point. Totally I'd recomend this hotel if you deserve respect. "

"Yes room was good. Staff were courteous. When i got to hotel i was told my booking had been cancelled. If i wanted a room i had to pay at the hotel which was more than what i was originally quoted. Location of hotel was good. Near the metro tram and mamaray. Restaurants near by. Gulhane bazaar 2 min walk."
