We had a great stay but were incorrectly charged for a breakfast we did not have.
After calling the hotel 3 times and emailing 4 times it still has not been refunded and each time it seems that no one is aware of the situation and we provide the same details to them time and time again. The staff advise this will be looked into and resolved and then we hear nothing back.
I feel this was a big let down for what would otherwise have been a great stay and hotel.

Even before checking in, I send out out a question and they responded quickly. The front desk was very helpful and the AC in the rooms were great. The kitchen is well equipped too. The bathtub is a bit tall, anyone with climbing problems should be aware.

Loved the breakfast that was very generous. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The staff was very kind. For a 3-day business trip in Geneva, this hotel right on the other side of the border in France, was a excellent choice and only 10 minutes from the airport. The visit of the Voltaire castle is a 12 minute walk from the hotel and is worth it.

"This hotel is very old and they put me in a room that was for handicap people I don't know why I also had to pay 40 euros for a taxi to the train which was absolutely ridiculous because it was only not even a eight minute drive they do not provide a shuttle the hotel is adequate but totally overpriced ..."
