Positives : Great location, apartment matched the pictures and was clean. There was luggage storage.
Negatives : Communication is via whatsapp chat with a Bot who responds with generic messages and have to ask to connect to a human agent every time after which the response rate is 20-30 minutes. Lift is not working, we weren't informed about this and we had to take our luggage up 3 floors which in 39 degrees is extremely hard.
The apartment doesn't have any windows so there's no natural light (ok for 1-2 days but not for longers stays).

"The room was clean and very spacious. The staff were helpful too and the location was great for 1 night stop to continue our onward route the next day. Breakfast was included in the room rate and was an ok breakfast. The it was handy they had a restaurant onsite. We ate a complete 3 course meal here ..."

"Lovely place with a beautiful view of the city. We stopped here for a night on our way to Granada. It was lovely to walk around the town and the food at the resturant was hands-down some of the best we've had on the trip. Overall the hotel is lovely."
