The room was very musty smelling, the air conditioning unit wasn’t working properly and was very loud. The outside deck area by the front door was not very private and each one had ashtrays so neighbours smoking all around.

This is a 4.5 star. Would have been a 5 except for a couple of mechanical issues.
Suite itself was fantastic. Panoramic view of the water and island was exceptional. Very secure and quiet.
We would definitely come back.

Overall it was a good experience. Our room was nice, the food was good, the views from the pool & our room were wonderful and the resort is well maintained however...some of the staff were good & some of the staff were just ok. I would stay again.
