In addition to the rooftop terrace, there is another large terrace and a balcony, all offering beautiful views. The house is located in the lovely area of Velilla Taramay in Almunecar. The apartment is only a 2-minute walk to Almunecar’s finest Tesorillo Beach, with 2 great restaurants.If you follow the beach promenade for 3 km, you will reach the city center and the charming old town with its cozy alleys and shops. There is a lovely plaza near the town hall with restaurants. Along the entire beach promenade, there are restaurants and wonderful beaches.Welcome to the first floor, which features a spacious living room, dining area, and open kitchen. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom. Both the dining area and the bedroom have balconies with views.Upstairs, there is a large private terrace with sun all day, a bedroom with a double bed, and an ensuite bathroom. The apartment has been recently renovated and is furnished with modern and cozy furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped. Guests have access to a large pool that belongs to the building.
