“The apartment was in a fabulous location, peaceful and very convenient, however was disappointing as the online images were misleading and the description not accuarate. The property was unclean, the carpet was filthy and needed replacing and the sheets and towels very ordinary. There was no and"secure parking" as described, nor were the stairs (no lift) mentioned. This latter part was ok for me but for someone with an injury or an older person. The property would be lovely with a deep...

“We enjoyed our stay in this property for 2 nights. Check-in and checkout were convenient. Both the bedroom and living room has a view of the city skyline. The property was well maintained, clean, spacious and equipped with stuff you need for the kitchen, laundry, cleaning, etc. They also provide covered parking space, and building has pool on the top.”

“Great apartment . Appreciated that we each had our own bathroom . The Japanese restaurant walking distance from apartment was exceptional quality . We had a little trouble opening the locked box inside the letterbox but no trouble with the post box code . Closer to invanhoe village would have been more convienient for shopping but we wanted separate bathrooms and could only find this here . My elderly mum had trouble walking up the hill. We had to catch Uber even though it was a short distance...

“Arrived late afternoon 22 Dec and already the sewer smell was noticeable. We thought it might just need to have some water run through the pipes so over the next few days used the dishwasher, washing machine and flushed all the drains first which helped slightly for a few hours but the stench kept returning. Next days were public holidays so continued to put up with it. On 27 Dec I reported the concerns via the managing agency ‘Made Comfy’ website and rang phone number which was answered by...

“Clean, comfortable, self contained two bedroom apartment in quiet building and neighbourhood. Walking distance to parks, cafes, and public transport. Self check in. Off street parking - but difficult to access. Plenty of on street parking. We would stay again.”

“The property manager met us on time and showed us the apartment, which was clean and had a spectacular view of the city from the balcony. The apartment contained everything a family of four would need. It was centrally located to High St where there were endless cafes and restaurants to choose from, as well as a good boutique supermarket close by. Walking distance to both tram and train was a bonus when travelling into the CBD. I would highly recommend, and would come back.”
