Very unspectacular. Dated and dingy. Nothing was horrendous, but nothing stood out either. Mattress was old and lumpy. A few small stains on the bedspread. Slightly musty smell in the room but not overwhelming. Spartan and utilitarian. Fine for a night, decent value for the price.

It was a nice stay. My only comment would be the shower head was funky. The water went everywhere as the short curtain barely stayed in the tub. No biggie, just lots of water on the floor.

It is advertised as a Watertown Hotel. It is not in Watertown and is a 5 mi. drive outside the town. We stayed at the property to attend a Triathalon the next morning. The walls are paper thin and any noise in the hallways echos throughout. Noisy neighbours made sleep difficult. The breakfast was waffles, egg rounds and sausage rounds. There was no bread of any kind, no fruit and terrible coffee. MacDonald’s is right beside the hotel and at least has decent coffee. Would not return! On the positive side, the rooms are clean and the bathrooms fairly updated.

Charming b and b with exceptional service. Great breakfast and lovely walk to Boldt Yacht House.
