“La chambre n'était pas conforme aux photos.
La moquette était abîmée avec un paillasson près du chevet pour cacher le trou dans cette dernière.
La chambre sentait très mauvais (l'humidité et le renfermé), problème visiblement connu car tenté d'être atténué avec un spray de toilette se déclenchant toutes les heures.
Le buffet n'était pas "fameux" mais la vue sur la forêt enneigée était très sympathique.
Pour terminer, le sauna était hors service.
Nous ne recommandons absolument pas cet hôtel.”

“Beautiful room with balcony overlooking the rolling hills and vineyards. Furniture was quaint and cozy. Hotel was nicely decorated for Christmas, staff were welcoming and friendly. Walls were a little thin, and we heard our neighbours, but nothing really objectionable. Lovely quiet town. Short walk to the walled village and really enjoyed the Christmas market. Quiet locale after the crowds of the other markets. Parking was very convenient across the street.”

“The room and the washroom are spacious, well designed, and clean. Breakfast is excellent. Service is great. It is close to the central of the sightseeing area and needs just a 5 to 10 min walk, which I think is better to avoid the crowd. I will stay here again when I go to Colmar and will definitely recommend friends to stay too.”
