Beautiful tropical paradise! The beach was calm, clean, and perfect for swimming. There were lots of cozy cafes nearby and the cocktails were amazing. I will definitely come back.

we were absolutely amazed with our entire stay. The villa was spacious and beautiful. Our daily housekeeper, Evelyn, was very attentive and served a wonderful breakfast every day. The grounds are well kept and there are many activities to do without leaving. The private beach, which we went to daily, was also great. There is literally no reason to leave the grounds. There is also plenty of shopping options, including a grocery store. Golf carts are available and make it easy to get around without a car.

The property was nice but the food was terrible and the adult entertainment was boring

The room in building 8 2nd floor has a mildew smell by the bed. The bathroom at night had a sewage smell. Had to wait 6 hrs for bottled water. The language barrier was also a problem. Room service meals after breakfast is horrible. Maid service came one afternoon before we left to go out, and when we returned later that afternoon, we noticed the came again while we were gone. Upon checkout I mentioned a few issues, and was given a document for a free upgrade on the next booking. Needless to say I won’t be returning. For the cost paid it wasn’t worth the time or money. They really need to deal with the mildew/mold.

VIP treatment starting from the door of the plane is exceptional. At every moment throughout our stay the incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive staff was ready and able to assist us with anything we needed. Our beachfront room was comfortable and well appointed, and the on resort amenities more than we could take advantage of in our four day stay. A perfect getaway!
