This property was likely very beautiful many years ago when it first opened and the highlight photos were taken but it has clearly been neglected for some time. Neither the rooms nor the property were as clean and sufficiently stocked with necessities as I would expect. The beds were not comfortable, WiFi was spotty, and linens seemed old and lacking freshness. The only upsides were the ac worked well and the few staff members we encountered tried to be helpful. If you do still decide to stay here and you want to order food for children, do not order the pizza. You will be disappointed. Other food options were okay. Thankfully, we only stayed one night. My family and I were very disappointed so I want to make sure future Expedia users know what they’re getting into. Expedia should require property hosts to post photos within the last year or two.

El personal muy grosero, como si no quieran estar ahí. El restaurante sucio y mal organizado, filas muy largas para comer, la habitación no contaba con las cosas básicas y al solicitarlas dijeron que culpa del huésped. No recomiendo este lugar.

Great place. Very peaceful and beautiful

Went at the end of June. Overall it was a 3/5. More staff is needed and the staff that were there need more breaks and shorter shifts - they were kind but you could tell they were totally and completely worn out. Room was okay but we stayed with 2 other families and we all had consistent issues with plumbing. Also the room was just unfinished - curtains were missing, places where photos had obviously been had hooks but no frames… things like that. Overall though, not the worst. Buffet was great and very very busy. Somehow the individual restaurants weren’t not very good although they were pretty - so just stick to the buffet. Getting a chair under shade was really tough - the beach was beautiful, but again getting shade was tough because there were so many people. Lots of activities available though which was a plus and the kids had a lot of fun. The excursions were okay too but we spent most of the time in transport rather than on the excursion itself. Once we got to the excursion destinations they were stunning but again, short lived.

My wife and I stayed at the resort for four nights in July to celebrate her birthday and our anniversary. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and felt it was an excellent value. We were able to access the hotel's app about a week before our arrival. I initially had some trouble logging in, but customer service was very responsive and quickly resolved the issue. I highly recommend downloading the app and making restaurant reservations as soon as they become available, as the à la carte restaurants fill up quickly. The only restaurant we were unable to try was the Rodizio, as we didn't realize it was only open on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Every other à la carte restaurant we visited was excellent, with great food and outstanding service. The staff throughout the resort were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The beach area was beautiful, although we were unable to swim due to a large number of jellyfish in the water during our stay. We spent most of our days at the party pool, which had a fun atmosphere and offered plenty of entertainment throughout the day. While the resort had a few minor cosmetic imperfections, they did not change our overall experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, felt it offered excellent value for the price, and would definitely recommend it to others..
