Terrible room conditions, dirty pool, kids club closed. 40 min just to check in and the music won’t even let you sleep at night. Rooms are so dirty and in desperate need of renovations because the walls are cracked. You have to wait 20 min for towels. Pools is also very dirty. The À la carte restaurants are limited to 1 reservation at a single restaurant for a 3 night stay. Room was not cleaned properly!
