When we arrived, the air conditioner in the main living area did not work, this information was never disclosed to us until we arrived and tried turning the air conditioner. The living area was extremely hot and we were unable to stay there. We tried contacting the host, he look a very long time to answer and told us to use a fan. We told him we could not stay there because of the heat, he stopped replying. The couch in the living room was covered in stains and there were many ants on the kitchen counter. We ended leaving to a different hotel once we realized the host wasn't going to respond. As of right now no refund has been issued.

浴室太老舊

7月の連休に滞在のため、お値段高めにしては微妙でした。 そもそもテックと言いながら、チェックインエクスペリエンスはわかりにくく、いちいち顔写真を登録したりなど、面倒でした。 ４泊しましたが４泊以上しないとお部屋の掃除は入ってくれません（！）。タオルも４泊泊まって二日に一回、追加のタオルが欲しいとチャージされるなど、上記のお値段とほぼ見合わないサービスです。ちなみにビーチタオルもくれませんので、全部一式自分で用意が必要。使ったコーヒーカップも洗ってくれないので要注意です。洗濯も有料です。そしてめちゃくちゃ汚い。また、何が一番残念だったかというと、夕飯を食べれるところがほぼありません。名瀬まで3−40分ぐらい往復車を走らせるしかないです。ホテルには一切食べ物に関するものはない（怪しげな自販機で柿の種とぬるめのビールのみ）。周りのホテルはレストランがついているので、なぜこのホテルはその機能をつけなかったんだろうと不思議でなりません。残念ですが、全体的にサービスの悪いAirbnbといったところでしょうか。 建物は新しいですよ。
