The guy who came late in the night to check us in was very nice. Great guy. However, I felt like I was staying in down town portland, I was scared to sleep in the he'd or walk around barefoot. There was a couple moving their belongings from one room across the parking lot to another room all night long. They were living at the motel. Which isn't an issue, it was the moving of their stuff all night long, right by our door and window.
We slept and left. The smell is musty and stale. We were the only temporary visitors, the 2 or 3 other rooms occupied were permanent tenants. I looked at getting a room at the best western up the street, as I waited for the receptionist to show up to check us in. I wish I would have.
However, I didnt get any bug bites so, unscathed we came out.
