“Selected for convenience for a late night flight arrival. Considering late check ins are common, perhaps this could be speeded up a little as everyone is very tired! Staff not the friendliest but this is a high turnover hotel so understandable. Otherwise exactly what was needed for the situation. Price of mineral water a little unreasonable.”

“Our main complaint was the food. They serve an "international" menu for dinner, which is great, but the chef seems to be guessing what those dishes are supposed to be. Pizza was completely inedible (zero sauce, a too thick covering of some sort of cheese on a crust made of scone mix), lasagna was clearly frozen then microwaved, and fries that were somehow damp. I had visions of Dave Ramsey yelling at the kitchen staff. Apart from the food, everything was adequate. They didn't have blankets in……

“We had a wonderful stay at Studio 69. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the AC worked wonderfully and, we had lots of hot water with good pressure. It was a lovely stay.”
