“What an amazing experience from the get go, Cesar met me at the dock and led the way to this beautiful secret piece of heaven Satori , it was perfect , so peaceful, my cabin was perfect clean , towel and mosquito net (although I was not bothered by any) I enjoyed the breakfast and my coffee in the morning. Cesar is just amazing felt like a good friend! His hospitality is so kind, welcoming and warm and nothing is too much to ask, he will help with anything! I’ve been introduced to delicious……

“Holes in the netting by the door so bugs were getting in, huge cockroach hanging out in the bathroom, unfriendly and unhelpful staff when I arrived. Soap scum accumulation from other guests in the shower, no shower head”

“Been staying at Andidos Florencia for the past 5 years and my experience with the staff and the food has been exceptional. You can see some things need upgrade already due to the past of time but they try to keep everything up to standards . The manager is always there and willing to help and accommodate the guest. Very good service won’t change it for any other hotel in Florencia”

“The property probably needs to be rated by some metric other than the condition of the pool (it doesn’t have one) and the functionality of the air conditioning (there was none). However, if you wanna place that is snuggled up right next to the jungle, where you can hear the pounding of the rain on your tin roof and the sounds from the forest, this is the place for you. “The place was very clean, and the staff (Alvaro and his son were really warm and welcoming We had steak, sausage, rice and French Fries by a bonfire at night. We were in a clear bubble where we had a beautiful view at night of the forest and sky. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic too. But once again, the cleanliness was amazing. A white sink, toilet, etc in the middle of the jungle in pristine condition, wow. Just a great environment and a chance to actually relax because we were taken……

“No one at front desk had even rudimentary English, or even tried to communicate. I left my luggage with the hotel staff 3 days before my check in (on the way to the jungle tour). Apperantly, no record of it was made on my reservation, and it took me some time to get it upon my check in No hot water - it was just luke warm. No shampoo - only a small bar of soap - something I would expect in a hostel, but not in a "boutique " hotel. Worst part was the night- rooms have no sound proofing, and you ……
