"Absolutely incredible stay—honestly nicer than some five-star hotels I’ve stayed at, and for only \~$30 a night. The hotel is extremely new and spotless, the staff went above and beyond, and the service was flawless. They even stored my luggage for over a week while I traveled north for a yoga retreat (completely free), and welcomed me back again before my flight home. Amazing room service, delicious food, and overall an exceptional experience."

"Right in the middle of the Main Bazar Road, near the railway station, it was perfect for us. The staff were great, really helpful and sorted out a taxi to take us to the airport. The room had no windows but other than that was also great. Anyway if we wanted to look out onto the road, we could go to the roof where the restaurant was "

"My room was changed twice. Firstly the washroom drain was making a noise. In the second room, shower water was not draining as the tiling was not quiet correct. We were then uograded to the 8th floor, which was fine. The hotel looked a bit outdated and could do with some renovation and updating. However, the staff afe very friendly and accommodating. They listened to our greviences and acted quickly to move us to other rooms as required. Good job. "

"Stayed here with my friends for a short weekend trip. The room was spacious enough for all of us, and the beds were comfortable. "My girlfriends and I were first given rooms on 5th floor! When we stepped out of the elevator experiences a musty smell which comes from water damage ! Same with the room too ! Ridiculous! We were moved to different floor ! The building from outside also looks like a dump ! After experiencing Shangri-La in Bangalore, and in Singapore, this property was a let down !"
