“Fantastic stay.”

“The property and house were beautiful! Clean, nice location. We stayed for my daughter's birthday and the proximity to the beach was wonderful! The amenities were ok. We had a great stay. The only thing that could be improved is the speed of communication with the hosts. We had some adjustments to make before our stat and it seemed that turn around time in messaging was about 2 days. Also, the wifi information was not posted anywhere in the house or check in guide so we had to message the host……

“The Loft is amazing, my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed it! Parking could be a bit easier but we understand it’s the town, not the loft owner’s fault. That being said, only concern is that the coffee maker needs to be cleaned. Other than that, this place and town are amazing. Very difficult to leave, that’s for sure! Thank you for having us!”

“Wonderful place to stay for a week. We could sit at the dining room table and watch the day unfold. The house was so clean and had every amenity you could possibly need. The pull in parking was a plus. Being so close ( just steps away from beach) was great. Excellent location to explore the beaches from Santa Cruz to Monterey. Our host was quick to answer any of our needs. We took a lot of beautiful sunset photos almost every night. We were so happy with our stay at this adorable beach house. ”

“We enjoyed our stay at Seascape very much. The property itself is very nice, with walking paths and great views of the Pacific. The unit was clean and comfortable and nicely furnished. Our host, David, provides very clear information at every step of the rental. Our first visit, but hopefully not our last.”
