This hotel was terrible! We didn't even stay. We got to the room and found bedbugs that we could see crawling on the top of the bed! There was also stuff on the walls that looked disgusting and a dirty washcloth! STAY AWAY!!

Staff was really helpful. It was my first time traveling and my first time staying in a hotel and I didn't understand how the room key worked. I got stuck in the elevator for a few minutes until the associate at the desk came over to show me how it worked. The breakfast was really good with really friendly staff. Room was mostly clean. A few hair strands on the bathroom floor but nothing too over the top. The shower isn't the largest but gets the job done. Bed was very cozy and the AC was fantastic and made my sleep good. Wi-Fi is strong and reliable. I would definitely stay again.

"Did not give me the room I originally booked. When I asked for more pillows and blankets because I had 2 kids that had to sleep on the floor, they said they didn’t have any. When I asked about a crib for my baby, which they advertised, they told me it would be an extra cost."
