Welcome to our modern studio, perfectly designed for comfort and convenience! Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials, a cozy living room with a TV, and a private balcony where smoking is allowed.  
  
Located in a vibrant area just steps from Galeria Mall, popular restaurants, cafes, and shopping spots, you’ll be in the heart of the action. Only 25 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from downtown by car, it’s an ideal base for exploring the city.  
  
I’m available 24/7, so don’t hesitate to reach out for anything that will make your stay more enjoyable!
