The air conditioner was not working properly so it was very hot in our room. The staff kept saying that it felt cool to them so they wouldn’t do anything to help. It was cooler than outside but not cool enough to sleep. By the last night it was finally fixed after complaining over and over and over again

"Lovely hotel very close to Acropolis and Pantheon. Great plunge pool for a cool down at end of a day walking around Athens. All staff spoke excellent English, very friendly. Roof top restaurant is excellent, great views but also high London style prices, that said the quality of the food was also ..."
