The Nespresso machine in the room and free waters were a nice touch. My only issue is that room cleaning and housekeeping is done every other day. For the price of the room there's no reason to not come in daily and tidy up and refresh things. Otherwise, offer it as an add on or provide more towel racks and hooks. That's usually the biggest issue with no daily housekeeping, how to handle the used towels. I just wished hotels understood this pain point in general and provided adequate solutions."
