“Front desk...Naidelin... Very friendly and helpful, so sweet...Dexon... Bartender and waiter... He went above and beyond! Deyver also helped us out so much! The only thing I wasn't happy with is when it's all inclusive , you pay for it... It does not include everything it's limited! The resort is beautiful.The animals are plentiful... and so cool... Keep an eye out for the colorfull poisonous frogs! Beautiful... Food and drink are really good also... It's nice that they have the separate……

“The staff was courteous, the breakfast always hit the spot and they were very responsive when you called them for anything. The A/C worked and you wont really need to use the television, but its there. The shower heater in my room was on its way out, however I was able to shower with warm water, which is better than other countries I've been too. Their proximity is everything you'll need to food, shopping and the beach. Secured behind a gate and off the beaten path you’ll enjoy your stay and……
