“This was one of the most confusing stays I have ever had, firstly communication from the park was great at first and then more and more and more.. the contact loves a good information flood on WhatsApp So I thought I had all the information I could need, but quickly realised I actually knew nothing. Google does not tell you much about the resort apart from poor reviews on restaurants, but I could not find a mart, shops, anything really? There is no information about the resort available, I……

“Nicely renovated unit. Nice stay.”

“It was not a pleasant experience, from the moment of check in until check out. The check in process was very confusing, and I was charged entrance fee. I needed to pay buggy car, also needed to pay for the bottle water in the villa, there was this lady whose role is not clear to me asked me to pay cash. All these were not communicated when I made the booking. Basically the property is a private one, not related to the hotel. You can't expect a normal hotel experiece, need to figure out how……

“호텔스닷컴 예약을 했지만,입장부터 차별대우 받고 20분을 넘게 확인을 해야했다. 방은 콤팡이 냄새와 청결하지 못한 컨디션.. 본관수영장을 가기위해 이동용 차량을 불렸지만 서비스가 어렵다는 회신.. 직영운영이라는 말 만 믿었는데.. 절대 다시는 가지않을거고,호텔스닷컴 또한 이용하지 않을겁니다.”

“Only stayed one hour due to the cleanliness of the room. Hair covered the floor and bed, multiple coloured stains on the bedsheets along with ANTS crawling in one of them, the toilet was covered in urine stains and the towels had not seemed to be washed but rather just taken and refolded, I could see the crust on the towels, condoms were on the mini fridge and the rooms air quality was dusty. Couldn’t even check out as there was no employees to be found after looking. Avoid this place at all……

“Staying here was a great choice. The area is currently under construction and a little far from the center. But the peace and friendliness of the neighborhood makes up for it. Lee and Long took excellent care of me. Halfway through my stay, I had made friends and started coming home later in the night. They kept an eye out for when I’d be home to make sure I got home safe. They shared meals and Lee brought me gifts from her trip to China. I’m grateful they made me feel so welcome so far from……

“Pros: - Good Breakfast, both portion and quality - Room was generally clean - Staff spoke English well and were friendly Cons: - Bed was too hard, not comfortable - No separation of shower area, making it quite wet to use sink after shower - Location was in middle of nowhere (located in narrow small streets, next to field) and there was extremely limited view. Hard to see any river or lake. - Balcony faced a building in construction at a very near distance, which blocked all the view. -……
