Minha esposa se levantou e foi até a camareira, reclamou, e em resposta a camareira respondeu: estou apenas fazendo o meu trabalho, sem qualquer tipo de empatia. O problema, geral no hotel, está na GERÊNCIA dos recursos humanos!!! Além disso, o hotel cobra 8,80 em uma garrafa de água de 300ml. Algo desrespeitoso, extorsivo! Em resumo, não me hospedarei neste hotel outra vez."
