Freshly renovated fully furnished 2 bedroom upstairs unit with 2 queen beds, and a couch, full bathroom, fully stocked open kitchen, dining and living space, laundry in the unit, and separate entrance. Toddler bed and Pack 'n Play can be provided.
Perfect location to get to Costco, Walmart, 5 min drive to the Airport.

Convenient combination deadbolt entry lock for easy 24/7 check-in.

All linens provided, washer and dryer available for use, as well as a hairdryer, ironing board, and iron. Not like the pictures
It was a run down home in a run down neighborhood. The pic of the outside doesn’t show all the weeds and the abandoned dryer in the front yard. The inside seemed clean enough, and the check in, check out process was easy enough. But I can’t recommend it and would not stay there again.

When we first drove up to the property, the outside was unassuming. We were pleasantly surprised once inside. The first thing I noticed was a delightful fragrance. It is quite spacious with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, laundry room, kitchen, and dining/sitting area. Beds were comfortable, neighborhood quiet, and overall, an enjoyable stay.

Unit was clean, well stocked. Appreciated on site washer and dryer. We noticed 2 things that may need attention: all door knobs loose and bathroom knob was especially hard to use. Also the queen bed mattress on right side was not as comfortable as the other one, seemed more like a futon mattress. Other than being able to hear upstairs guests fairly easy, we felt it was clean and secure.

Fantastic rental nuzzled in the center of Anchorage. Great for short or longer stays, additional occupants or flying solo! Check in and communication with the property manager was a breeze. Will definitely be staying here again!
