The inn is under new management as of July 2026. The manager is very friendly and helpful, and the room was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was simple but well prepared and tasty. We had an upstairs room and it was very quiet, except for the AC. We would definitely stay here again.

We rented a room for the night while traveling from California. Didn’t know it was their opening day too. Neil was accommodating. Told us it’s their first night and told us tv is not working yet. Gave us the right expectations. The room is big, clean. Breakfast was really fantastic. It felt just being home. There were some small missing things but I am sure it will get better once they are fully operational. Thank you for a nice stay!

First, there was no wi-fi. Then, there were no in-room coffee makers. On Sunday there was no room cleaning and so no clean towels. Also, an hour into the 6 to 9 breakfast, almost everything was gone and no employees could be found to restock the breakfast items. The property has been refurbished recently, the rooms were nice and quiet. With just a couple of tweaks this could be a really nice hotel.

The concierge was friendly and so was their staff. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the town and ate at three local restaurants and also grabbed coffee from Jacks donuts walking distance from the hotel

The staff was kind, my room was spotless,, I can tell they upgraded the room and it looks so nice. We stayed in the first floor but if you go to second floor, you can get a beautiful view of Mount Lassen. I did have a couple of maintenance issues and I let the nice lady know while checking out and she apologized and jotted down what I said to pass along to maintenance. Very good experience, I would definitely stay again.

The sign doesn't have the name so I was a little confused to start. The woman who checked me in was kind of short with me. But the room was large, the bed was comfortable, and the shower nice and hot. So, overall I'd recommend.

Staff was extremely nice, they did have issues right before we arrived and tried calling us but I was out of service range. Their water heater and pool went down so they offered a full refund or 45% off our stay, and were very apologetic about theissues. We choose to stay since the area was fully booked and the heat was intense so a cold shower didnt bother us, the room was really nice and very clean . Our family would def stay here again just based off the service alone.

Lobby staff was great. I wouldnt recommend staying more than 1 night and making sure you valuables are with you at all times. Hanging a privacy sign on your door is just an invitation to enter when you leave. Nothing new. Typical Motel in a small stop.
