Walking distance to all the restaurants makes it even better! The carpet in our room had some stains on it that were really the only concern.... Our fridge didn't work...and they were right on it trying to fix it. I don't believe it ever came back on and began cooling but the young dude that attempted to fix it was nice and polite.
