Nice big, clean rooms. Spa access/partnership is a good amenity.

Wonderful hotel with a nice view of the Atlantic Ocean. Beds were comfortable and bathroom adequate. There were plenty of amenities, rooftop restaurant was fabulous and staff were extremely courteous and friendly. The only drawback was the AC which did not work but was quickly repaired the next day.

The first room #16 was totally unacceptable with damp and mold settling around the vent. Not at all what we were expecting. After complaining we were upgraded to the largest room in the hotel which is what we thought we would get in the first place. The best part of the experience was meeting the chef, Olivier Lataste who created sumptuous meals for us.

This place should be shut down - forget about the reasonable price because when a property is this run down they shouldn't be taking anyone's money! It was dirty and poorly equipped and l am surprised it would pass health and safety regulations. We were booked for two nights but only tolerated one and that was because it was too late to cancel. It's an utter disgrace.

The location is amazing, very peaceful, surrounding villages are stunning, overall a great location. The hotel, though, was quite old and run down. We booked as thought to be family and child friendly but it seems more targeted for senior visitors. The swimming pool was a good surprise, nice and big, perfect for the hot weather. The main problem was lack of air conditioning, it was a very hot day/night, making it impossible to sleep with the heat.
