This Riu is ok. I’ve seen better ones. I think the best part is the beach and the food. The worst is the staff. Most of them are rude. It looks like they hate their job.

Sailing was kind of Bz this time I have visited the resort, the staff assigned at scheduling of sailing or even kayaking was not that welcoming. I suggest that after reviewing and noticing that plenty was scheduled , that they could plan ahead and add for more driver for sailing to accomodate the rest. When we approached the house to check on the kayak , they asked for the room number. Maybe next time they can be more informative to say before hand that room number or band number will help a lot
