I would certainly stay here again! My husband and 2 teens had a great time. The room was very spacious with lots of windows. We were lucky to be in an apartment that had a view of the fortress. The front desk staff was always very helpful and had great recommendations for us. The breakfast option would be something i would get again with wonderful options. It was so nice to be a short 5 min walk to the train station and all the transit options there. A fantastic stay.

The hotel is wonderful overall; however, some rooms—specifically the one I stayed in, room 402—have a very low ceiling next to the bed. This poses a safety concern, as there is a high risk of hitting one’s head when getting up. Additionally, the shower is particularly cramped and uncomfortable.

10/10 hotel! The staff is beyond friendly and attentive to your needs and the hotel is beautiful. Great rooms, very clean, and thick walls so you don’t hear the rooms around you. I slept great!
Very easy walk to the garden of Salzburg and the old town center. Highly recommend and would stay again.
The rooftop restaurant is also very good and has great service.
