Angra do Heroismo Pousadas

Impressive attention to detail. Rooms are small yet comfortable. They are well laid out and have all the amenities. Staff is attentive, friendly and helpful. Beautiful interior design throughout. Excellent breakfast buffet plus cooked to order options. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious too. Pool area (indoor and out) is small, quiet and intimate. There is only room for a few chaise lounges so they may not always be available. The hotel is designed so you never have to venture out, but...

We liked absolutely everything! Wonderful, caring, polite and most helpful staff, hot tub was great, amazing breakfast and superior location! Lovely property, will make sure to come back if ever on the island again. Don’t look any further-this is the best hotel on the island!

Everything was updated and clean in great location. Can walk to everything in town. Parking is on the street but on the side street found enough. Breakfast was nice with a lot of choices. They provided heaters if you need it. Very friendly and would stay again.

This place is a lovely and serene stay on the coast of Terceira. Its close to Angra and the breakfast is really good. The sauna and steam room were my favorites.

A beautiful family-owned country retreat surrounded by nature. The rooms are spotless, thoughtfully designed, and there is plenty of easy parking. It's only about a 15-minute drive to Angra, giving you easy access to town while still enjoying the peace and tranquility of the countryside. Take a walk through the surrounding area and you'll be greeted by the fragrance of beautiful flowers and the sight of cows peacefully grazing in the nearby pastures—it feels wonderfully authentic and relaxing....

This was the cutest place! I wish we could’ve stayed for longer. The cabin was cozy but still had a decent amount of room for luggage. The bathrooms were super cool, taking a morning shower in the jungle was awesome. And they have a kitty! Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting.

Absolutely excellent hotel. Modern, very attentive and pleasant staff, convenient location, free underground parking, even curtains operating on buttons. Very good breakfast but no hot meal options. We have tried the restaurant and found it good but more expensive than it is worth. Restaurants in downtown are better value, but if you are tired at the end of a busy day then absolutely go and dine right on the property.

Very nice hotel with convenient location and plenty of free parking. Breakfast was very good with a lot of choices. We were very happy with the service at the hotel.

The only complaint was no parking available @ properly… but was advertised on description.

This hotel is only a couple of years. We liked the facility, the atmosphere, the friendly and helpful staff!

Modern, clean with everything provided for stay! Parking was available about 1 block away. Definitely would stay again!

Only there overnight, but the place was comfortable and clean.

Excellent bed, amenities, bar service and restaurant. The hotel is beautiful and the staff was very good. The only drawback was the young man who set up our guided tour simply wrote down our names and told us to be in the lobby at 9:30. More explanations should be given. Also let people know that Roberto’s does not take credit cards. Otherwise, fabulous!

Very nice hotel right across from the beach. The breakfast buffet was very good. Nice comfortable rooms and very good and helpful staff.

The shuttle service was awesome- I threw up the whole way back to the airport from the hotel and the driver stopped multiple times for me to get water and puke ❤️

Was thankful to secure a last-minute booking at this hotel when our flight to Boston was cancelled. The location was beautiful. The room was spacious, the beds comfortable, and they were even able to accommodate our need for three people in one room. The free breakfast was tasty. The desk workers were unfailingly helpful and patient, even when slammed with bookings from others from our cancelled flight.

This is my first time at cruzeiro hotel to be honest, I will be back to this hotel was very nice super clean super quiet nice customer service a good breakfast. It’s on a downtown of the city You can go walking from the hotel to everywhere in a downtown
