The reception staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. We arrived after 10 pm on the first night and the restaurant manager arranged for food to be prepared for us even though the restaurant was closed. We were then escorted to our rooms and they carried our luggage. When i couldn't change currency at any of the local banks, the hotel receptionist very kindly assisted me. The customer care and professionalism of the staff is first rate.

It was not clear where to park and the area near the door was blocked by orange cones. I also did not see any ramp for suitcase wheels or any other purpose. Maybe it was at a different area; I also saw only stairs (no elevator) from the lobby to the elevator for the rooms. If you can handle these issues, the hotel is great!

The room I stayed in at the hotel was incredibly noisy. Sound insulation is very poor. In the evening, a very strong smell of frying came from the air conditioner, we had to turn off the air conditioner. I definitely do not recommend

Paketli bulunan havlulardan biri kirliydi ve havlular temiz kokmuyordu, banyo yeterince hijyenik değildi özellikle zemin. Klimayı açtığımda sigara kokusu geldi. Odaların havalandırması zayıftı. Kahvaltıda çeşit artırılabilir. 4 yıldızı hak ettiğini düşünmüyorum.

Çelik konstrüksiyon güzel bir bina. Özellike sabah kahvaltıları gayet güzel. Tek eleştiri, belki ağırlıklı olarak bina projesine bağlı, odalar arası ses yaltımının çok zayıf olması, geceleri çok rahatsızlık vermesi.

Duvarlar cok ses geciriyordu hem yan oda bizim odamızın içerisinde gibiydi hem de çalışanlar sabahın 8 inde kata geldikleri için tüm sesler duyuluyordu. Oda fotoğraflardan küçük. 2 kişilik oda tutuyorsunuz tek küçük su ikram koymuşlar o da kahve çay vs içinmiş o yuzden mini bardaki sulara dokunmanızı önermem bunu da ilk defa bi otelde gördüm.

Keyifli ve şık bir otel deneyimi

Personel son derece güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi, bir gece kalmama rağmen çok memnun kalarak ayrıldım. İş sebebiyle geldiğim için sezonda nasıldır bilemiyorum ancak kahvaltı salonu biraz küçük, belki sezonda başka bir salon kullanılıyordur. Kahvaltısı da olabildiğince zengin ve lezzetliydi. En kısa sürede tatil için tekrar gelmek isterim.

Oda soğuktu, ısıtıcılar yetersizdi. Odada şampuan ve sıvı sabun bitmişti ve yenilenmemişti. Sabah check out sırasında sıkıntıları dile getirdiğimde yorumum ciddiye alınmadı. İş seyahatlerimde sık sık kullandığım bir oteldir. Artık kullanmayı düşünmüyorum.

Soggiorno di una notte perchè posizionata, per me, in luogo strategico. Hotel tenuto bene. nulla da dire. peccato manca completamente una palestra, ma se la stagione lo permette, vicinissimo c'è un bel parco per fare movimento.
