I didn't like that there was a strong smell of cigarettes and the room smelled strongly of cleaning spray, I slept with the window open. Good spa, friendly staff. But for that night that I paid for, I think maybe I would have preferred to stay somewhere else.

The front desk staff didn’t speak English and i had trouble communicating. The hotel manager promised me several times and no action was done to solve my problem. Very disappointed on their services and promised solutions. I was also a platinum member and no efforts were done to welcome us.

Dengesiz bir iyi-kötü deneyim

Otele girdikten sonra altyapısı yeni ve modern. Orada problem yoktu. Konaklama sırasındaki sıkıntılarımız: Otel girişi cadde üzerinde. Meşgül değilse tek valeye teslim edebilirsiniz veya beklersiniz veya sokağa parkedip eşyalarınızı taşıyabilirsiniz. İyi para verdiğiniz bir otel için kabul.edilebilir değil. Yağmur yağdı, tüm otelde tek şemsiye vardı ve ilk kullanışta rüzgarda ilk 10 saniyede kırıldı. Başka şemsiye yok demekle yetindiler. Bir de std kahvaltı için adam başı 500 TL'yi eşimle ben çok bulduk, özellikle etrafta pek çok alternatif varken.

Gönül rahatlığıyla gidilecek bir otel

Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi.4 kişilik odada kaldık. Bir adet büyük boy çift kişilik yatak ve bir adet ranza mevcuttu. Yalnız ranzanın üst yatağında koruma yatakla aynı seviyede olduğu için üst yatağı kullanamadık. Oda ve yataklar tertemizdi. Konumu güzel bir otel. Kahvaltısı ise gayet güzel ve doyurucuydu.

Otelden cok memnun kaldık. Daha önce de konaklamıştık. Odaların ses yalıtımı cok iyi cadde üzeri olmasına rağmen dışarıdan hiç ses gelmiyor. Temizlik personelini ayrıca tebrik etmek istiyorum. Bu kadar kusursuz bir temizlik görmedim. 3 gün konakladık, odaya her girdiğimizde ilk girdiğimiz gibi temizdi her şey. Malum yaşananlardan sonra yangınla ilgili alınan önlemlerin de dört dörtlük olduğunu belirtmek isterim. Gönül rahatlığıyla konaklayabilirsiniz. Tekrar teşekkürler tüm ekibe.

Yemedigim kahvaltinin parasini odemek hic hosuma gitmedi. Ustelik balayi cifti oldugumuzu onceden bildirmistim. Mecbur degiller ama aksam odaya küçük bir ikram nazik bir davranis olurdu. Maalesef bu tip küçük detaylar insanin canını sıkıyor. Bu yuzden bir daha tercih etmem ve kimseye de tavsiye etmem. Arkadaş tavsiyesi ile gitmiştim üstelik...

Asagida otele ait olmayan farkli bir restuarant olmasi otelin temizlik ve ortamini olumsuz yönde etkiliyor. Otel girisinde ve antrelerde sigara dumani kokusu hakim. Kahvalti konusunda da hizmet gecikiyor. Neyseki personel guleryuzlu ve bu negatifliklerin hissedilmemesi icin ellerinden geleni yapiyorlar.
