We choosed this hotel because the kids want to swim and the breakfast. Both of them was temporary closed due the Covid 19. But on the webpage this is the information! "The following services and amenities are available, but with reduced service: Airport Shuttle, Fitness Center, Breakfast, Pool." So? Breakfast and pool not available!!! Room service only after 4days. If I stay only two nights,then why not come? If I need something then need to go to front desk

Wow, no room service, no one came to bring towels, wash clothes clothes, trash bags or to change the sheets and I stayed for a whole week. The room was super humid so I felt cold, wet and sticky the whole time. There was expired left over food in my mini fridge and whenever I took a shower for more than 2 minutes i'd be standing in about a foot of water because of clocked drains. I complained and they told me that they will knock off a nights stay off my bill.....They never did. I know its still a pandemic to fear but they made 0 effort to accommodate those that actually still have to travel for work and business. Im not even the type of person that leaves reviews for businesses but I've never experienced such bad service in my life

Rooms were nice but the hotel doesn’t clean unless you request it and even then they don’t always show up. There was also lots of trash around the hotel that wasn’t being thrown away

The carpet in the hallway and the room was dirty. The gym, pool and breakfast area was closed. They didn’t even offer free water bottles or packaged snacks. Not a good value or price for what little they offered. The staff was disinterested and did not give you a warm greeting!
