Our room was a very nice size with kitchen and it was great to have a room separate from the kids. However there was a curtain missing from the one window and worse of all the air conditioning wasn’t working in the main living area. When I called to complain I was told on a Friday evening that there was no one there for maintenance and won’t be there all weekend. There were no available rooms to switch us too either. We dealt with it since we were out of the room most of the time. The pool was also very unsafe because it was clear there were people swimming that were not staying at the hotel. The gate was not locked and there were no pool towels. People coming to the hotel that aren’t staying and certainly weren’t paying the $10 per night for parking like we had to is a huge disappointment. I left with the pool with my young kids because of the people “visiting”. Breakfast was good but not a lot of seating.
