Great stay friendly staff spacious room and I liked that when I got home late there was someone that came out to the parking lot told me where to park and walked me inside

What a find. Tucked right in the heart of Chania's old port, this hotel manages to feel grand and intimate at the same time — the building itself is steeped in history and absolutely beautiful, and the rooms are just as stunning as the exterior promises. Every detail has been thought through, and yet nothing feels fussy or overdone. The staff are what truly made the stay unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel completely at home — warm, attentive, and genuinely happy to help with anything. Breakfast was delicious, beautifully presented, and the perfect way to start each morning before stepping out into the port. Honestly, we couldn't find a single thing to complain about. The location is unbeatable, the property is breathtaking, and the hospitality is the kind you remember long after you've left. We're already dreaming of coming back.

This property is new and quite lovely. It was truly one of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in and we travel a lot. Our plunge pool suite was top notch. The beach facilities are private and excellent. Breakfast was included and there were so many choices. My only complaint is the exclusion of kids from the adults-only pool, which is the only place you can order fries/burgers. Would be better if they made it a "quiet" pool instead of being age restricted?

The staff were absolutely lovely, helpful, friendly, and accommodating in every way. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. We felt like the staff got to know our family and were very kind and ready to answer any questions and help with anything. The property itself was beautiful and well maintained. They thought if everything, even a small robe and slippers for our daughter!
