A really top class resort. All the restaurants were great, including the buffet. Only issues really were a faulty shower in our room which ran luke warm in the evenings. Despite a couple of maintenance visits it was not fixed. Luckily our adjoining room’s shower was fine, so we just used that. Not all water slides were able to be used by our 12 year old kid and nephew. There is a weight restriction on all of them, so only the very small children’s slides were suitable. All things considered it was a great trip.

We really enjoyed this resort. Everything was absolutely perfect. Room service was always on point never missing a beat to the resort is humongous and beautiful very family and children friendly I would recommend this resort to anyone if I ever return. I would definitely want to stay here.

-All in all amazing stay. -Staff is just superb. -The a la carte restaurants turunc and sandal were amazing, both free. Main restaurant was mediocre. - Patisserie wasn’t good for my taste, when you are used to good pastry from Europe - Coffee wasn’t good at all, they shouldn’t use a manual espresso machine if they don’t have baristas, they don’t even tamp the grinded coffee, accordingly it tastes - no proper turkish tea, it was full of bergamot The critique is really on very high levels, it is an amazing hotel still.

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our experience. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and extremely well maintained. Our room was comfortable, spotless and had everything we needed. One of the highlights was definitely the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional and always willing to help. The Guest Relations team was especially helpful with our requests and restaurant reservations, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The pools and outdoor areas are fantastic, with plenty of space to relax, and the whole resort has a lovely atmosphere. We also really enjoyed the food and the variety of restaurants available. The quality, presentation and service were excellent. What impressed us most was the attention to detail and how well organised everything felt. We travelled as a family and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. We would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality holiday in Antalya
