The room was filthy, and the staff were rude and completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, there was no Wi-Fi at all, and the water stopped in the middle of my shower! When I asked for help, no one did anything. The hotel reeked of cigarette smoke, and the staff couldn’t care less. But the worst part—when I complained to the manager, an aggressive man, he actually called the police! It was insane. I was taken to the police station for no reason and kept there for 6 hours. No one spoke English, and I was terrified. They even tried to take me to another location, but I refused and demanded they call the US ambassador. This was a nightmare! Avoid this hotel at all costs. Palvelu oli ystävällistä ja henkilökunta puhui englantia. Huoneeni oli siisti. Olin talvella eikä huoneessa ollut lämmitystä, minkä vuoksi laattalattia oli kylmä. Sängyssä oli paksu peitto, joten nukkuessa ei tullut kylmä. Hotellin ravintola oli hyvä. Sijainti oli pikkukadulla ihan ydinkeskustassa. Nice and spacious room. Very well functioning wifi and air conditioning. The restaurant has amazing food compared to the rest of Madagascar. Auch haben wir ein Mückennetz vermisst. Das Zustellbett war sehr schlecht und wir mussten schlussendlich zu dritt in einem Bett schlafen. Das Hauptbett war jedoch sehr bequem. Der Standort ist einzigartig und sehr zentral. Geht fast nicht mehr besser. The restaurant was popular and served an excellent pizza and other meals we tried. Mosquito net didn’t cover the bed properly and shower water was luke warm.
