Great location, great food, beautiful hotel but they can improve on entertainment (which was mostly in Italian and paying for water when you have paid for all inclusive did not make sense. The entertainment team was great (even though they mostly spoke Italian. 10/10 for Jamica- great singer we enjoyed our daily sunset sessions and Samuel was a great entertainer- very good with clients. Christina at reception was also great- did all they could to accommodate our requests. Suggestion is to get English speaking people at reception as well as we struggled to communicate with everyone when Christina wasn’t around. Overall it was a good holiday.

It was a wonderful holiday! The reception staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful.
Our room was on the ground floor as requested and close to the dining room, pool and entertainment area.
The gardens and pools were very well maintained. The beach activities superb, the food was of a high standard. The "All inclusive" was a very good choice!! The room was serviced daily and beautifully cleaned. Andrea was very friendly and helpful. Thank you to each and every staff member that made our stay so great, we hope to visit again soon.
One small thing that could be changed would be more comfortable chairs on the verandah, those director chairs are upright, you sit too deep and painful.

"The island was beautiful and isolated, the water was crystal clear. The staff was amazing as was the food. Main downside was no ac, but the bungalows were very airy and cooled down at night. (Also all comparable hotels didn't have ac either)"
