Quiet disappointed after two nightsPosted Sep 28, 2015
First it's worth noticing that there is no door between the bed and the bathroom. So be gentle to your roommate since you'll share more intimate moments than you would like to. We first got a room with hours-fresh paint so that we both had a headache after 10 minutes. The reception was unhelpful and first refused to give us another room. You have to be quiet insistent to get something from them - finaly, we have been relocated. The breakfest is good, although you shouldn't spend 19 Euros - there are many good restaurants nearby. Coming back to be persistent, they tried to double charge the breakfast - so be aware! We are unsure whether the puddle on the roof in front of our window has been responsible for the 20 mosqitos in our room - felt a bit like camping.

Hard to Find, Great to StayPosted Jul 23, 2015
The hotel is in an interesting part of the city; walk to the left and you'll soon be in a multicultural mix of Middle Eastern and Eastern Mediterranean shops, kebab houses and restaurants. To the right, architecture that will amaze, and a quieter side of the city. Walk straight ahead to central Antwerp, the railway station, and the diamond district. It's walking distance from most of what you want to see in Antwerp, and a warm place to come home to in the evening. The breakfast of house-baked pastries is divine (they have either a fantastic supplier or an amazing pastry chef). The rooms are spacious enough, and the beds are comfy. It's a romantic little hotel that would be a great place for a couple to stay.

Quiet and comfy!Posted Jun 28, 2015
I was in Antwerp for just one night but loved the hotel. In fact, I liked it so much that I didn't want to go out for dinner, but, alas, on a Sunday evening there was no service in the attached Bistro. Bummer. Otherwise: very friendly, quiet, clean and comfortable. Lovely. I would go back.

Nice hotel in very central locationPosted May 22, 2015 on Hotels
Great place, central location, reasonable priced. Not many in Antwerp like this. Good for any occasion. No resto or bar but zillions around the hotel. All this place needs is slightly more attention to detail. Clean the corners, up the service level a little. Nice place, we like it.

Great placePosted May 12, 2015 on Hotels
Great hotel in good central location. Good for two or more. Boutique hotel with nice interior and touches. They could up service a little in terms of standard, it certainly has the potential to go up a notch without indicating it not to be good now. It is one of the better ones in Antwerp. Nice people, nice place, we will use it for a while.Shopping, dining, nightlife close enough to enjoy, far enough not to hear.
