"The location of the hotel is excellent. Our family of four walked from Sendai Station to the hotel with seven pieces of luggage in less than 10 minutes, even in the rain. The route was easy to manage because there are escalators connected to the station, and most of the walk is on flat sidewalks with only one traffic-light crossing.
The hotel is conveniently located near the pedestrian shopping area, where you'll find a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, and local food. Several connected...
"Curious with the good reviews, I want to experience it. True enough, Sendai Kokusai Hotel is well deserved. They have local and foreign front desk staffs ensuring the best communication. The hotel building is not new but very well maintained. I had a minor issue with my room. A staff member checked it out and made the arrangement immediately. Really appreciated the swiftly settlement. Overall I enjoyed my stay very much. Will stay again in my future trips."

I was guided to the self check in but it didn’t work and guided to the in person check in. A guest who was checking in front of us was taking long time so I had to wait. Also this was our first time to stay this hotel, and I was not sure how the Onsen ticket works, like if the ticket can be used for...
