Our family truly enjoyed our stay at Bison Ranch, the staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms and property overall were extremely clean. We loved the amenities including all of the games and activity options. We are already talking about booking our next trip!

Fun place to stay, the coffee shop is great with excellent service. Our airstream unit was well stocked, clean, and spacious. Our only issue was the check out at 10:00 am. That is early, and we had assumed it to be at 11:00. (Our mistake!) At 10:01, someone was advising us we had to leave. He could have definitely been nicer about it and a little more accommodating; there were just a couple units occupied, we just wished that would have been handled differently.

The advertised breakfast was self-serve Circle K quality; window shades did not function properly; no tissue in the room; only one coffee cup for a two-person room and nobody available to provide a second cup; though dinner was tasty, some part of it was likely spoiled since both wife and I later had bowel issues.

"The property has two sections, the original motel rooms which have been upgraded and a new section in the back - room prices are the same. Really friendly staff. Breakfast items are boxed or wrapped, nothing fresh except apples. Will definitely stay here again if overnighting in Springerville"
