The 57 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 3 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), TV and fan. A cot is also available. This accommodation does not have air conditioning. The building is equipped with an elevator. You have a private outdoor area with a covered terrace and a balcony. The property offers access to a shared outdoor area with a pool, garden and outdoor shower. The pool will be out of service from October 12 to November 3 due to maintenance. The property is located close to the beach. Free parking is available on the street and there is one parking space in a garage. Pets, smoking and events are not allowed.
