Schöne Wohnung in verkehrsgünstiger Lage

Pros: Sauberkeit, Größe, Einrichtung. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge gut geeignet. Straßenbahnhaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe. Grundsätzlich können wir die Wohnung weiterempfehlen. Unserer Meinung nach könnte die ein oder andere Kleinigkeit nachgebessert werden. Cons: Wenn man bei offenem Fenster schläft wird man früh (ca. 06:30 Uhr) von Verkehrslärm geweckt. Das Mobiliar der Terrasse könnte besser sein. Besteck, Geschirr und Größe Kühlschrank für mehr als 2 Personen knapp bemessen. Kein Fön. Kein überdachter und abschließbarer Abstellplatz für Fahrräder.

Sehr schöne und wirklich saubere Ferienwohnung! Super familienfreundlich auch mit Kleinkindern.Merke: Es gibt, nicht wie in dem Inserat beschrieben mehrere, sondern nur einen Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück der Ferienwohnung. Wenn man mit zwei Autos kommt, dann muss man mit einem Auto auf der Straße parken, auf der man praktisch nie einen freien Parkplatz findet…genug Platz, einen zweiten Wagen auf dem Grundstück zu parken wäre allemal, nur ist das nicht erwünscht.

Neue Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Pros: Die Wohnung ist neu eingerichtet und sehr großzügig. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist vollständig zufriedenstellend. Die Fenster sind sehr gut, sodass von draußen kaum etwas zu hören ist. Hinter der Wohnung gibt es eine Sitzgelegenheit im Hof/Garten. Vor dem Haus gibt es Parkplätze und die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Richtung Innenstadt ist ca. 2 Minuten entfernt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war mühelos und hilfreich.
