“Great appartment in a nice and quiet area close to Bologna city center. It was really clean and comfortable. All renewed. Nice terraces. Silvia was really kind and helpful. It was a pleasure to arrange everything direclty with her. We found there all that we were looking for. Easy to booking, easy check-in.”

“The apartment is very nice and conveniently located near the Saint Francis Chapel. If you are driving to Assisi, it is better to park (Saba Giovanni Paolo II) in the public parking lot and walk to the apartment than to try and drive to the apartment. Driving is Assisi is very difficult and almost no parking near the apartment.”

“Roberta, war eine super Gastgeberin. Der Kontakt vor und auch während des Aufenthaltes lief absolut problemlos. Roberta hat immer sofort reagiert und war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend ein kleines bisschen Abseits von Perugia. Es ist alles schnell und gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Wir hatten einen schönen erholsamen Urlaub und können Roberta mit ihrer Unterkunft nur empfehlen, ”

“This is a beautiful apartment and property! The views will knock you out and the place feels so beautifully historic with a gorgeous glamorous rustic design. We loved the animals that the owner had and even let them in for a visit. Someone else mentioned to bring slippers because the floor is cold and I didn't remember but do bring slippers. - It is a little bit of a drive to the town of Assisi but WOW! what a beautiful drive..In any case, we couldn't have enjoyed the place more, we hope to...
