Beautiful views, a perfectly good breakfast, and a chapel within the hotel (which, in Assisi, if you’re there as a pilgrim or retreatant, is a very nice unexpected addition). It was a bit difficult to find because I followed the maps app instead of my instinct, but I would come back readily."

"The hotel is a business hotel but has a small gym area and a rooftop jacuzzi. The rooms are a good size with super-comfortable beds. Meals are served in an in-house restaurant. They are competitively priced. There are a range of dishes on the menu. I recommend booking because the restaurant can get crowded. There is an underground car park for a (reasonable) fee. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from the station and about 25 minutes to the city centre. A bit too far to carry heavy bags but there are plenty of taxis. The area around the hotel is quiet and safe even at night."
